While we strive for maximum system reliability and marketing performance, we do not guarantee or warrant specific financial outcomes, conversion rates, or uninterrupted uptime across external third-party digital networks.

To the furthest extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the amounts paid by the client for the specific service in question.
